Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AISuggest.ai, we are committed to fostering a transparent and fair marketplace for AI experts and clients. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect the interests of both parties and ensure a seamless experience.

1. Payment and Escrow Process

  • Escrow Setup: hen a client initiates a project, the agreed-upon payment is placed into an escrow account managed by AISuggest.ai.
  • Fund Release: he funds remain in escrow until the client approves the completed work, upon which the payment is released to the AI expert.

2. Cancellation and Refund Scenarios

  • Mutual Agreement: if both the client and the AI expert agree to cancel the project before its completion, the funds held in escrow will be refunded to the client in full.
  • AI Expert Withdrawal: f the AI expert decides to cancel or is unable to fulfil the project requirements, the client will receive a full refund of the escrowed funds.
  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: if a client wishes to cancel the project after work has commenced, they should communicate directly with the AI expert to reach an amicable resolution. Depending on the circumstances and the amount of work completed, the AI expert may agree to a partial or full refund.

3. Dispute Resolution

In cases where the client and AI expert cannot reach an agreement regarding cancellations or refunds, AISuggest.ai offers a dispute resolution process:

  • Initiation: either party can initiate a dispute by contacting AISuggest.ai support within 30 days of the last payment or while funds are still held in escrow.
  • Mediation: AISuggest.ai will review the case details provided by both parties and offer a non-binding resolution, typically within two business days.
  • Arbitration: If either party rejects the proposed resolution, they may proceed to binding arbitration through a neutral third-party provider. The decision from arbitration will be final.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved Refunds: Since a refund is approved, either through mutual agreement or dispute resolution, the funds will be returned to the client's original payment method. Please allow up to five business days for the refund to process.

5. Important Considerations

  • Timely Communication: Clients are encouraged to review submitted work promptly. If no action is taken within 14 days of the AI expert's submission, the funds in escrow may be automatically released to the AI expert.
  • Platform Compliance: All payments and refunds must be processed through AISuggest.ai. Conducting transactions outside of the platform is against our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
